As much independence as possible, as much safety as necessary – beneath this guideline we manage our “senior-service-living”. Unlike a nursing home it grants individual responsibility and decision-making authority to all residents as high as possible in undisturbed privacy of their own apartments.
Nevertheless safety is granted: A service flat rate covers the charges for emergency calls and the service staff at the reception.
Of course all apartments are designed corresponding to our conception.
Elevators, barrier- free floors, special wide doors as well as an on grade shower arejust a few means of accountrement that we mean by “senior- suitable”. Furthermore all senior housing estates are located at attractive places – for active and adventurous seniors who attach importance to their freedom and independence.
